Not sure of the details you need, but dropping the solution is a first option ... but that only works if you don't want the solution any longer.

Another may be to assign a role (dynamic or static) to the form that only that can access (e.g. remove "Everybody" for example) and redeploy.  Then either assign only the necessary users to that role, or nobody.  It shouldn't show to users not in the role.

I have an idea about eStart, but its unsupported and I have no idea if it would break anything else by doing so, so I hesitate to give details.

I'd try 1 or 2 first.

Hi BMellert

thanks for your response and dropping the solution is definitely what i'm looking for, how exactly do i go about accomplishing that? i mostly use the Admin tool for any king of troubleshooting but i don't see anything relating to dropping solutions. attached is the admin tool i use

Regards

Go under the tab "Metastorm Repository", click the + next to "Metastorm Repository" on the left side, then "Projects".

Find your project name you want to remove, right click it and hit "Delete".

Be careful though as this will remove everything for that project.  If it's only a process, go into the project and then "Processes".  Here you'll find the processes that are part of your project.  You can delete the item here.  Again be careful as this will remove everything from that process(i think).

The other option would be to load the solution in question in designer, and restrict access to that starting action in the process or just delete/disable it.
