I agree, this is a major omission. I have no idea why they thought it would not be missed!

I agree, it would be nice to have that back.  Has anyone submitted an enhancement request for this yet?

SWiFT 9 is retaining this feature on many of its skins including the mbpm 9 SKIN.

I recently did the v9 Delta course and until I asked about it the trainer didn't even know that feature had existed - let alone the fact that it had been dropped!

For what it's worth, the new Smart Business Workspace UI does include dropdowns for the actions.  The direction is to move towards the workspace as the standard UI.

I know this is an old thread but has anyone been able to do this with metastorm v9.2?  If not, does anyone have an v7 web css i could browse through to see if i can make it for v9?

I dont' think, you will be able to do it with CSS only - you need to know the available actions for each folder in the todo/watch list and that information is not there, AFAIK.
I can imagine solution with the CSS, JavaScript and AJAX, but it is huge overkill and it would be difficult to maintain.
