Aside from those whom I personally know, it is best not to email me. If you have problems to solve, post 'em on the forums. If I am in touch with my email, I'll get a notification, so if I have time and can help, I will. Emailing me will not get my attention any more quickly. It also is likely to get lost in one of my several layers of spam filters. There are also many others on the forums with different knowledge than I have, so the chances are better of getting a sensible and timely response.

If you want to pay me money, however, feel free to email me as often as you like. Customers get much, much quicker attention ;-)

Post an example, and we will have a much better idea what the problem is. In about 90% of posts, the problem is one of communication. Examples bridge that gap.
