EworkPerfmon Errors in Application Event Log

The information in this article applies to product:
e-Work 5.x 6.x Issue Resolution Verify that the e-Work Engine is started before attempting to add counters to the Performance monitor.
For version 5.x only:
Run 'Add/Remove Programs' on the e-Work server. Select Metastorm e-Work and click the 'Change/Remove' or 'Change' button. Select 'Modify' and click 'Next'. Verify that 'e-work Performance Monitor' is selected under 'Metastorm e-work Utilities.' If is isn't, select it and continue with the remainder of the 'Modify' install. If it is selected already, click the 'Back' button, select 'Repair' and continue with the remainder of the 'Repair' install.
