Hello,

I went through the documentation on how to install SSO for Metastorm 7.5 it all went through with no problems. However, I get a "Failed to Login" error when I try to browse using the SSO URL: (http://localhost/MetastormSSO?esso.asp?service=Metastorm%20BPM%20Server)

PS: I added my domainName/userName to the eUser table, I commented out the part in eSSO_web.js which checks against the eUser table. I also made sure that eSSO_web.js is the first in the authentication list.

Any ideas?

Are your user names in the eUser table defined as "domain\user"?  If the domain is not included, you will need to modify your SSO scripts to strip-out the domain portion of the name.

What is in the authentication log (elog table) relating to the failed authentication?? What is the user account?? does it appear, exactly like that, in the eUser table??

When really trying to work out what is going wrong within these, I insert various values into the eLog table or elsewhere to determine where it get's to, and what goes wrong.

btw when you registered the SSO scripts, you either restarted the engine or refreshed it to use the new SAP script didn't you...??

I'm getting the same error in v91.  It appears from the error in the eLog table that eWork.CallerId has no value.  I updated the registry to activate the caller.  Any thoughts?
