Hello,

I have problem with FormatTime. When I sending an email to the customer I would like other format of date. Below is form to send email

( (%Language = English) )?((%EmailBody:=%Concatenate("Dear Sir/Madam,","%Newline()","%Newline()","We would like to inform you that the Service Call ","%FolderName"," has been completed.","%Newline()","%Newline()","Vehicle: %Vehicle","%Newline()","Service Call Date: %actualdate","%Newline()","No Show: %Display","%Newline()","%Newline()","If you have any questions then do not hesitate to contact us on our freephone number"))):()

And I setup %actualdate as (calculated) and put Calculation as
%FormatTime(%actualdate,""DD MM YYYY")
But this still not work. Do you can help me? Thank you in advance

Does your code actually have "" before the DD value?  (Your text paste does.)  Presuming it does that is likely your problem.  Otherwise, presuming %actualdate does contain a valid date, it should work fine.  (You don't mention what is being returned in either format, but once the extra " is eliminated it should work OK.)
