I have a dropdown list and I select something from the list. The dropdown list hides when I toggle the radiobutton.  When I toggle back, the dropdown is left selected to previous selection.

How do I select the 0th index so that the dropdown is unselected?

Hope that was clear.  The first option in dropdown is blank and I would like it to defaulted whenever I toggle the radio button.

Thanks,

Just set the variable linked to the dropdown to an empty string in the 'when changed' event of the radio group. Then chek the 'has dependents property of the radio group, and the 'is dependent' property of the dropdown.

Thanks Jerome, thought I tried that before but did not get the expected results. However, I removed the %EMPTY() assignment and instead equated it to "", like you said.

These field dependent is one confusing thing as well.

Worked perfect.

Thanks,
