We are using MBPM 7.51 in the company. The customer would like to have administration ability inside the ToDo list. e.g. inserting a checkbox column in the list, having dropdownlist and submit button in the page. Can we customerize ToDo list based on customer requirments?
Thanks,

You cannot do that, no. You would have to write your own user interface for that.

The standard web client has an action list dropdown when you click the Folder Name on the far left. You could easily have 'Approve' and 'Reject' actions available with no form and no confirm, and users could do what you want there, I think.

We also have a 'Bulk Processing' procedure that allows mutiple folders to be actioned in one go which can speed up processing, especially when there is a large backlog.

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for your quick reply. Could you please tell me more about the "Bulk Processing"? This may moderate our customer's pain as well.

Have a look here in our shop - there is also a link to a live demo.

Hi Jerome,

I take it this works directly upon the Database through Updates to SQL and then calls to the flags - interesting, I've delved around the tables enough to have an idea about what is going on (thinks about how to use this in some more varied ways for particular workflows we have).

No direct database updates - this is all handled by supported methods.
