Hi All

Probably something simple (checked form size) but my forms and dialogue boxes are rendering incorrectly. All of my dialogue boxes are wider than the window size (tried resizing the window) and all my forms appear to be rendered vertically in a quarter of the window as shown on attachments.

This is a new 9.1.2.6 install!

Thanks
Jas

Hi Jas,

What operating system and web browser versions are these screenshots from?

This is running on an XP SPK3, IIS 5.1 and IE 8 Virtual PC.

Kind of got stuck with this. I've tried changing screen and form resolutions, switching browser compatability mode on and double checking install and browser settings.

I run this exact same VM regularly. I probably create a new VM once every week or two. I have never seen this problem.

I often have bits that don't render properly at first after installation, but a forced refresh (Ctrl-F5) normally fixes them. Nothing has continued to plague apart from the Alert/Blank forms lists selections failing to be remembered (or it remembers really old selections).

I would try deleting temp files etc too.

Jas,

I recall seeing something similar, the root cause of our issue was that the form segment settings Anchor properties were set to Top, Bottom, Left, Right.  On some monitors it worked fine and others it didn't because of the Zoom setting within the web browser (IE 8).  We changed the Anchor properties for the form segments to Top, Left and the issue was resolved.

On the form, are there any form segments or panels that are set in this manner?

Thanks Griff

But I'm not using any segments or panels. Might try a re-install!
