Anybody here go? I heard nothing on the social networks, nor on Metastorm's community.....

I was there last week and just back in the office today.  (Took a few extra days for wife's birthday.)

Was a bit different since it went from a Metastorm-centric conference as in the past to an OpenText-centric conference.  However, this did give some indications of things merging in the future and potential future functionality.  The road map presentation was interesting.  Mobility was a main topic of interest to me.  (While I had installed 9.1.1, there are additional set-ups I didn't see mentioned in the release notes to get it working ... and it uses a different URL.)

They announced at the end of the opening session that next year's conference will be in Orlando November 11-16.  Yes, expanded to 5/6 days.  I have the impression its being merged with Content World (I think its called; not sure).

I was there. I haven't been to one since I met you a few years ago, although everyone was just lining up for your book then so you probably don't remember me! It was good, but very different from the one I remember. I went to mostly just the Metastorm sessions and there was some good stuff, especially revolving around OpenText's impending integration of their product suite into Metastorm. The main focus, as you may have thought, was on mobile and social. I think the mobile interface looks really slick and I'm interested to see more on how it could work with some future enhancement right around the corner. Overall, not a bad conference.

Lots of Tweets - Check out #UC2011 (although a few of them seem to be about some other event!)

Take a look at the Metastorm blog for a quick report on the conference:  http://www.becauseprocessmatters.com/the-buzz-from-our-user-summit-live-demo-of-social-mobile-bpm/#more-2985

I was there. It was a merge of Process 360 and Metastorm. It was a little different than past years but I definitely found it useful, if only for the release dates of new apps. We are currently playing with the mobile piece for Metastorm. You will probably need to add that as a subject to the forum when you get ready to throw stones at it. (I have been throwing boulders at it since the conference) We are still having issues with it, but it is kind-of working. The most important thing I got from it is that Metastorm is not going away as I thought by many people because Process 360 has their own BPM-type tool, they are just expanding it's integration which is nice cause we get more cool tools to play with. I can PM you my notes if your interested.

If you could PM your notes, I would be very grateful.

We have one customer just about to try 9.1.1 and the mobile client. I may have a few 'pebbles' to throw, yes ;-)

One major issue in 9.1.1 is the failure of RTF data in grids. That is not an issue for this client, however.

The grids don't even show on ours. we are just putting the info on a custom iframe which is an html page that shows the contents right now. hopefully that works, in the middle of executing that now.

If it doesn't work for you, you could always try the SWiFT version from BRD. This works in 9 and 7.6 and has a special bespoke interface with slideable filter panels.
