I have an issue on a test server. It was fine yesterday, but today I have noticed that all grids in all workflows are displaying blank forms. The data is "there", for example the paging displays "Page 1 of 27" but the rows are not rendering, apart from the first row which is highlighted blue.

If you click on this row, then the actual data DOES populate into the fields below so the "when clicked" action is kicking in and the data is there somewhere - it is just not being displayed.

There are several different maps published and this is happening across all of them.

I have tried restarting the engine, IIS and recycled all application pools but no joy, so have requested that the server be rebooted.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

EDIT TO ADD: Version 7.6.2.6

Never seen that, no.

Is this just on one PC, or for all users?

Done some further testing. It is only manifesting when you are on an RDP session to the server where metastorm is running. If I run an instance of a browser via Citrix then the grids display fine.

Weird!

We have also noticed some very strange behaviour in grids on remote desktop sessions. We ended up ignoring them as they never manifested themselves in normal usage.

I'm having trouble sending multiple emails to the multiple rows of data in a grid.  I have tried using a foreach loop for this to no avail? any suggestions as to how I can trouble-shoot this?

What version are you using? What type of code are you using / want to use?
