MRU List Shows Forms Not Available to User

The information in this article applies to product:
e-Work 6.x Issue A user logs in to e-Work and see forms in the Most Recently Used (MRU) list that are not available to the user. Resolution The MRU list is stored in a cookie, which is not e-Work role-based, in the user's Windows profile. The situation above could happen if two or more e-Work users with different roles share a workstation and the same Windows user remains logged on to the machine. All of the e-Work users would see the same MRU list, but e-Work roles would still determine each user's access to the forms.
