There has been an issue with Reports that you cannot use more than one Business Object in a report. This makes it very awkward to generate reasonably complex reports. You either have to have a great deal of redundant data, or even pass in data as parameters to use in Reports.
Well, there is a way to manage this. It is not always going to do the jib, but in most cases it is sufficient, and with other eworkarounds it certainly allows us to do everything we need to. If you select multiple fields from any Business Object in the Data pane, and drag them to the report, they are included. Obviously only the first record of any Business Object is displayed, but that is sufficient for most purposes. We tend to use it mainly to display the Local variables used in a query selection, for example. Happy Reporting! :-) __________________ Post an example, and we will have a much better idea what the problem is. In about 90% of posts, the problem is one of communication. Examples bridge that gap.
