Hi,
I opened my procedure in designer. But I am not able to see any stages/action in it. It's getting blank white screen in designer. Any idea why this should happened? How to resolve this?

One thing that can cause this appearance in the designer is when a different version of the designer is used to open a procedure or solution than the one that created it. Have you recently changed versions?

The procedure should still be recoverable from the repository as this should be the same version as the engine and designer. It is important that you only ever access a procedure with the same versions across the designer engine and database. even a small increment in the version number can have a dramatic effect on the appearance.

Another possible cause could be the corruption of the XEP file. As these are, in effect, zip files it is possible to open them with an un-zipper. You could check for corruption of the XEP file by unzipping a safe copy of the file.

There is no mention of any other procedure files. Is it any procedure file that appears the same when opened or is it a single procedure that is affected.

You can recover a procedure file by extracting it from the repository. Of course this means that any changes since the last publication will be lost.

I hope this is of benefit.
