We successfully installed V 9.0

We published a couple of procedures and the initiation action is set to everybody.
However i am not seeing anything in the Blank forms list. Is there anything that i am missing?

This may or may not be a cause, but was the browser you were using also accessing v7 BPM?  You may need to clear cookies and temporary internet files.  We had to do that for something, but I don't recall it quite being this.  (The documentation does imply clearing these may be needed as well.)

It may not fix the problem, but then again its worth a try.

Came across the same issue after installing BPM 9.3 while using SSO. The problem was that users are authenticating as [domain]\[username] but the username assigned in the eUser and eAssignment tables are stored as the username only. Hence, the name authenticating and the names in the database aren't matching up. Many moons ago, you were able to remove the domain in the eSSO_Web.js script.

Our users are coming in as domain/networked, but our users are defined in the database as only networked.  Though we did "carry forward" our version of the SSO script which stripped out the domain\ before passing along to MBPM.
