Hellow again :)

As I wrote on the previous topic.. I have only been working with workflow for the past few months...

Today I've got a task to fix a bug some previous idiot done on one of our processes... I have only actually developed one process and it was in December last year and have had VERY little training since... Today, I'm sitting in a meeting room, hiding from the outside world trying to figure out how to do this... And failing, miserably...

Just wanted to share my 'I'm useless' feeling with you, fellow ework developers...

PS. Conditional actions are so hard! Or maybe I'm just not doing it right... God knows...

Have a great day everyone!

This is all too common and I do feel sorry for you. The trouble is that the product is sold as a magic bullet that anyone can use with limited training. The official training provided (if you are lucky enough to get it) is lacklustre at best, and the 'follow up' support from many partners is abysmal. I've been in the e-work game for nearly 20 years, and it just never seems to get any better.

We do offer our own (highly regarded) training and/or mentoring services, so feel free to email me if you can get any funding for it.

V6 and V7 were "fun" to work with at best with the propriety coding, especially for more complex conditionals.  Its a challenge at times even for seasoned users.  Do not "feel useless" as it sounds like you are making progress.

At least V9 used C# and C# like statements for the visual components, so at least the methodology is more industry standard.

This is the best place for help with V6. Not many out there with skills that far back.
