Is it possible to have a form pop-up based on selecting "yes" from a drop down menu?  So far i've only been able to access the second form on the second action.  Otherwise, is it possible to have it as a form segment, (IF drop-down = yes, insert segment).  Then once submitted restore the form back to normal without the segment, but be able to read the segment as a second action?(if that makes sense)

There are many ways to do things like this, but probably the best place to start is chained actions.

I was playing around with chained actions and i can't seem to make them conditional based off of the drop down menu
