First you need a Flagged Action from the start box to a stage.
Then create a flag, and set that flag as the flag used to trigger that action (do not confuse this with the 'raise flag' property on the first tab - a common mistake).

You then need to raise the flag. There are many ways to do this
  1. From any action in any process, using the 'raise flag' property of that action as described not to do above for the flagged action.
  2. From anywhere else in the system using %RaiseFlag()
  3. From outside the system using the RaiseFlag.ocx COM component
  4. From outside the system using the command eRaiseFlag.exe utility
It all depends what you want to do.

Thank you for answer,
I have many simple reporting processes with named flags.
And I have process named Starter. I would like raise some flags  at 5 morning, some flags at 6 morning ...  from this process.

I don't know RaiseFlag.ocx COM component and eRaiseFlag.exe utility (yet) :)

Have a folder, or folders, waiting on timed actions. When the timed action triggers, raise the appropriate flag. At each timed action set the new time to an interval ahead (eg one weekday).

when creating these folders, set the flag they will raise, and the time of the first trigger.
