We are giving away our Library for Metastorm BPM v9. It has a lot of stuff in, and most is not well tested or documented (a bit like version 9 itself, perhaps...?)

I shall be writing a short e-book that documents what it does and how it does it, concentrating on the technical aspects of 'how to get things done'. That will happen as time allows, so not real soon as long as it stays warm and sunny here in Sydney and the pool still looks inviting. If the weather turns bad, it'll happen sooner!

This library is needed for the Admin Tools which are coming in just a minute.

Download here:

Please post new threads in this forum to post any faults you find, and any suggestions for improvements and enhancements (that's your part of the deal). We'll try to get them done (that's ours).

"Share and enjoy!"

BTW, the list processing server scripts are 110% untested, straight off the cuff, not even tried once. Anyone who cares to test and fix would earn a warm place in my heart.

also, I am going to add list processing functions with Metastorm lists, and Metastorm 'pair' lists in the near future to round it out. This lot is just to cover the stuff we have already written for v7 that has been rudely broken.

Updated, same location.

Fixed some typos and made the 'Variables' form work properly now that Griff showed us stored procs can actually work. I was seeing a fault because I was creating and querying a temporary table - that will not work I think.

Note there is an SQL file in the directory to create the stored proc that returns the variable values. This only works for SQL Server as of now (unlike our earlier library) since we cannot get 'dynamic' SQL for a Business object. If anyone can tell us how that could work, please do toot sweet.

Sorry, people, this weekend has been a peach, and almost no work at all got done. Apologies for anybody waiting, and for all those suffering severe cold in the northern hemisphere. We feel really bad for you ... (says he, with about as much conviction as a Metastorm salesman)
