Hi,

We have a few processes which have group stages, we are finding it a pain whenever a person moves into or out of a group and we need to add/remove folders from a persons To Do list.  I am wanting to create an Admin form for each process which will allow a person within the team to refresh the To Do list whenever someone joins or leaves the team.

I am thinking I would need to either copy an existing persons alerts list for when someone joins the team and delete for a persons alert list when someone leaves, or alternatively somehow make Metastorm reload the To Do list.

Can anyone advise if this is possible and perhaps point me in a direction to achieve this, I am happy to go with either way (or another way if there is a better way).

Thanks,

Matt

If there are not too many folders, just have a flag action on these that is triggered when the group is edited. This flag action should then be set to rebuild teh to do list.

What if there are a few folders, are there any suitable alternatives to a flag?  Could a SQL query be executed to add or remove a user from an alerts list?

We are working on a User Management solution. It does user setup, changes and much more storage than the eUser table. It also manages Delegation, which is something we really need.

I'll add the ability to copy To Do and Watch lists from a specific user for a specific process(s). I'll try to reply here, but watch the Solutions forum too.

So many solutions, so little time!
