Version 9.2.1.3

Trying the following code in a send email body/message:

SelectSql(new MetastormDefault(),"Select 'A New Incident ticket has been submitted to your Team for action. The ticket can be found via the link which follows:<p><a href='+char(34)+'http:'+char(47)+char(47)+servername+'/Metastorm/eFolder.aspx?FolderID=@FolderID&Service=Metastorm+BPM+Server&IsOpenFolder=True'+char(34)+'>@FolderName</a><p><i>This link will only work internally inside  network</i>' from metastorm.dbo.crm_server where ServerName <> ''", SQLArg("@FolderID",ProcessContext.FolderId),SQLArg("@Foldername",ProcessContext.FolderName)).Memo

The email generates and sends, but the SQLArg variables do not evaluate, Foldername shows in constructed link as @Foldername instead of the actual foldername

Why?

Thanks

I think you are just getting the way the parameters are set a bit mixed up. These are defined as parameters in the SQL query, and then bound at run time. It is not a simple text replace.

In this case, I think you just need the @Foldername part outside of the literal text like so:

Quote:
>' + @FolderName + '<
