Hi all

Please can anyone help should this issue has been encountered before, one user opened a form filled it in and left it for a while when coming back he could not do anything it was not clickable (this should be because it timed out - will also like to know how this is controlled) the problem is now the process cannot be started as when opening a form from blank forms the error: 'Sequence contains more than one element' is returned (i restarted the services and still i get this) any advise on this?

Kind Regards

What version of MBPM are you using?

If the issue is action time-out related, there are two eServer:
eFolderLockTimeout is the action time out.  Default is 60 minutes.  (Ours is set to 120 minutes.)
eSessionTimeout is the session timeout, or amount of time with no MBPM activity before before forced to log in again.  I don't recall the default, but I think its 240 minutes.  (Ours is set to 480 minutes in production.)

As far the sequence error message, I have no idea.

Brian, thanks for your input on the timeouts.  Excellent information as usual.

I should have provided this information in my first post.  The error has been seen in older versions of the product.  It is fixed in 9.4.0.1 and later.  It has to do with a global collection in the web client that holds information about your maps.  When a blank form is opened, it will first verify whether the map information is available in this collection.  The same map information is being stored twice.  The workaround is to reset IIS, which should clear the collection.  bhuda, you stated that you restarted services.  However, I do not know if that includes IIS.  If not, please try an IISReset.
