Hi everybody,

I have a problem with the single sign on that I don't understand,

The metastorm engine is installed on a machine and I try to access to the user interface from another machine with this URL :http://myserver/metastormsso/esso.asp?service=Metastorm%20BPM%20Server.

It works fine when I'm logged on my machine with my admin account but when I logged with my own account, I have this error message : "The system has been configured for windows single sign on, please reconnect through the url provided by your systems administrator".

I don't understand why SSO works with one account and fails with another,

Have you an idea?

Thank you very much!

Are you sure you have a user account with the correct domain and user name in the Metastorm database?

Sorry for my late reply, I was working on another subject,

I verified but the username and domain are correct in the database.

Only my admin account is working and I used it as "trusted account" in the past, so I think that this account is maybe in a group with special rights so that's the reason why the sso works with it,

I'm always searching,

Thank you for your help

OK I made a few tests and all the accounts can connect to the metastorm web client via SSO EXCEPT mine !

My account is in eUser and eAssignement tables, with the good rights,

Does anybody have an idea of the reason why my account is broken ?

Thank you very much!

Are you sure IIS is passing/using the correct account for your BPM server?
(This is just a guess, and likely you are connecting correctly.)
