Anyone get the error "The breakpoint will not currently be hit, no symbols have been loaded for this document" when trying to place a breakpoint in code while using the Metastorm debugger?

It was working fine yesterday, and has been for weeks so am confused why this would suddenly stop working.

Seriously no one has had this problem??

I just spent the day uninstalling and reinstalling everything.

The debugger launches VS2010 ok, loads in the classes. The moment you try and put a breakpoint in, it tells you the breakpoint will never be hit as the symbols aren't loaded.

Surely this means it's looking for a pdb file, right?

But Metastorm creates the classes in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Metastorm\BPM\GeneratedSourceCode

Or the windows server 2008 equivalent in my case.

Definately no pdb files created there.

Should it be creating them?

Can anyone here with a working debugger confirm that?

Just rebuilt my environment from scratch. Still the same problem.

This debugger is flaky.

From Metastorm helpdesk :

Defect ID's: TFS13998, DEF20210, SR-05142012-0004
DEFECT: When using the Process Debugging feature, you cannot hit the breakpoints you place in Visual Studio because the code is wrapped in pre-processing
Current Workarounds: There are no workarounds for this defect.

This has been scheduled to be fixed for MBPM v9.3.0.0 which should be released around the end of July this year.

If they don't fix the silly buttons issue introduced in version 9.2, we cannot move from 9.1. Close/cancel/submit buttons are exactly the same as action buttons, confusing new and existing users.

Oh yeah. Show's how observant I am. LOL.
Did you raise an "enhancement" request?
