They're only updating for myself(admin user).

Other users are getting the email notifications and can access the forms via the e-mail but they cannot see anything on there todo/watch lists.  Any ideas?

I figured it out.  I was working with opentext on copying the users from the test db to the live db.  None of those users were working.  They were working for me because i manually created mine.  So i believe it was copied incorrectly from the test db.  I re-created the users i needed in the live environment and they are now working.

When you post a problem, if you have done anything at all that is not standard, you really need to state this. If the question had been "I added all these users with SQL and the alerts don't show up" the answer would have been obvious.

If you were not aware that this could cause problems, you need to record everything non-standard that you do, and check that list first before looking at anything else. These are almost always the cause of problems.

I figured if it came from opentext directly it would be supported, but it's not a supported method of doing it.

Is it possible to transfer users/roles/assignments over from the test db to the live db?  If so, which values would i want to grab?  i'd imagine just name, email, distinguished name from the eUser table instead of everything.

eRole should be built by your solutions/procedures as they are deployed.

I've never copied over eUsers between environments since we build those upon the "official" list in each environment.

You can copy over eAssignment values as long as the associated users are in eUser and roles in eRole.

That would be nice, but they have a bad habit of encouraging hacking their own product.

You should copy the eUser and eAssignment tables for the required users.
