That's strange... those have changed on every hotfix or SR I've applied since rolling 9.0 out. The issue I'm having right now is if somebody hasn't viewed the web client within the past 15-20 minutes, I get that "loading" circle for up to 5 minutes.

I've turned off session timeouts (not folder unlocking) and had good luck avoiding the loading cycle you're talking about.
