Looks like YYZ are trying a last-ditch attempt to get some cash from a dodgy old patent. I've had a look at the doc : http://news.priorsmart.com/yyz-v-metastorm-l3F4/#pat-7062749 and it looks too old and pathetic to even be considered, and far too generic to be credible.

I know Metatsorm settled out of court s a few years back for another patent case, and I think I know what it cost, but this one looks completely laughable. Seems like a gold-digger to me.

I hope Metastorm or OpenText lawyers kick their butts out of court.
